For over 10 years, every little dessert we create is made with these values in mind—down to the very last crumb. And whether Philippe’s love is Jean-Pierre or Amélie, the fairy tale can still be told.

This year, we’ve picked up our spatulas once again and decided to shine a spotlight on this important cause with rainbow-colored desserts throughout the entire week.

Starting Monday, our divine lemon-raspberry éclair, Belle Mignon, and Soleil macarons will all be dressed in vibrant rainbow hues.

While we may not be able to rewrite the laws, perhaps just one bite can help you momentarily forget reality and remind you of what truly matters: #loveislove.
