blueberry - peanut
Our canelé is made according to an original Bordeaux recipe, with lots of divine 'Norohy' vanilla, 'Elle et vire' butter and brown rum, in hand-made red copper mold, so it's crispy on the outside and moist and infused with vanilla on the inside.
Now we crown this experience by filling it with a homemade peanut praline and a fragrant blueberry compote, then heaping an intense blueberry ganache on top, garnished with golden toasted peanuts and crunchy freeze-dried blueberries.
