Ispahans are said to be the queen of all macarons. It's named after the fluffy pink rose d'Ispahan. Two crispy giant macaron shells sandwiching fresh raspberries on a layer of a creamy and fragrant rose and lychee ganache and with a whole juicy lychee in the middle.
