We’ve reimagined our beloved mignon as a festive cake.
Our Aranygaluska Mignon Cake is inspired by the warmest, most comforting flavours of winter. Between layers of pillowy-soft walnut sponge, we generously spread a rich, slightly tangy walnut praline and a truly special orange-citrus brioche chantilly, made with our very own homemade brioche.
Finally, we envelop it all in a delicate, paper-thin layer of crisp Valrhona chocolate, hiding a truly magical festive experience in every bite.
