Our favourite giant macaron is now available in a 6 or 12-slice festive cake.
Between two crispy giant almond shells we layered a soft peanut crémeux and a slightly salty peanut praline between two crunchy almond hats. The heart of our macaron cake is a fantastically fruity blueberry compote, surrounded by a soft, airy peanut chantilly.
